JR Productions is based in Pittsburgh, PA and has proudly preserved memories for thousands of customers in the tri-state area since 1986.
We specialize in both consumer and industrial media transfers, as well as video repair and recovery, photo restoration, custom photo collages and more. All work is done in-house and never outsourced.

How It Works
All projects are completed in-house by our skilled technicians utilizing professional-grade equipment. Rest assured, our team handles all items with the care and respect treasured family heirlooms deserve.
1. DROP-OFF OR MAIL YOUR ITEMS
Drop-off your items at our office conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, or carefully pack them and mail them to us. Please note any tracking numbers.
2. WE DIGITIZE YOUR ITEMS
Our experienced experts will begin the digital conversion process by hand. Most projects are completed within 2-7 business days, and we'll keep you in the loop.
3. WE RETURN YOUR ITEMS
Your original items will be returned along with your digitized copies in your preferred format(s). You may pick-up at our office, or we can ship via UPS standard or expedited.
